our Golden 'C' Structured Lithium Water.
RETAIL
STORES, PRACTITIONERS or OTHER INDIVIDUALS
with a State Retail Tax
License or some other
form of identification showing you are a company who is licensed to sell
retail and who will be purchasing
wholesale with the specific purpose of selling retail to clients,
customers and/or students.
We have a wholesale license in North Carolina and we are permitted
only to sell at wholesale prices to those who will be retailing
our products.
We DO NOT wholesale
to PRACTITIONERS
or OTHER INDIVIDUALS who will only be USING
these products with clients, customers or students, or to those
who will be using these products for their own personal use.
This is because it is the LAW in North Carolina. We have
a wholesale license in North Carolina and we are permitted
only to sell at wholesale prices to those who will be retailing
our products. Otherwise, we could be held accountable.

Below are the details
for each type of merchandise. WHOLESALE PRICE LISTS will be sent
to you upon request once your wholesale application is submitted
and approved.
All minimum orders are at the wholesale prices.
TUNING
FORKS & WIND CHIMES
Wholesale price is 20% less than current retail. Minimum orders
$300 wholesale.
COLOURWORKS
Wholesale prices depend on the quantity of product purchased
with each order. Minimum orders $300 wholesale.
GOLDEN
'C' STRUCTRED LITHIUM WATER
Wholesale price is 30% less than current retail. Minimum orders
13 bottles wholesale.

The following is needed
to create your WHOLESALE ACCOUNT:
- For
USA residents, we need a paper copy of your ACTUAL Retail
Sales Tax License. For NON-USA residents, we need a paper
copy of your Pofessional Certificate. A copy of your State Sales Tax License
NUMBER is not sufficient. Those in the USA
must send their State's RETAIL SALES TAX LICENSE. Those
in Canada or other countries that do not collect sales
tax must send their PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE. You can
FAX it to 919-563-1522, attach it to an EMAIL,
or MAIL to address below.
- Completion of the
WHOLESALE APPLICATION Form. Send this information in one of 4 ways:
