The Otto Tuners are
different octaves of the note "C" in the Pythagorean
Scale, also known as the Just Scale.
They are the 3 octaves
below middle "C" and vibrate at fewer cps (cycles
per second) than the two "C" notes of the Harmonic
Spectrum Set. They are meant to be used directly used on
the body to help align the body's physical structure.
The sound the Otto Tuners
emit vibrates directly into the bones to relax,
align and restore health to bone, nerves and surrounding
body tissue.
They stimulate the
nerves and vibrate the bones with deep grounding
Earth tones, facilitating the release of tension from
the body, bringing a sense of deep relaxation and
calming peace.
Specifically, they can
relieve:
- tension in muscle and
connective tissue
- muscle spasms
- pain
And they can improve
circulation by:
- relaxing constricting
muscle and connective tissue
- promoting increased blood
flow
They can be very effective
when placed on the rib heads, spine, sternum,
sacrum and ilium.
Available in three
frequencies:
C
- 32 Hz
C - 64 Hz
C - 128 Hz
C -
32 Hz - An amazing
fork, about 16" long, that it below the range of human hearing
and yet it emits an incredible sound from the air that
moves as a result of toning this fork. It vibrates the deepest
of the Earth tones. Works with skin and hair
to stimulate nerves and hair. Use a 2-3 inches
from the ears and on the feet, pubic bone or coccyx
to create a deep sense of relaxation and grounding.
C
- 64 Hz - Especially
effective when placed on the lower lumbar vertebrae, sacrum
and coccyx/sacrum joint. Helps loosen the sacral ligaments
as well as stimulating and balancing the gagleon of impar,
a center which controls the balance between the sympathetic and
parasympathetic nervous systems, so this fork could be very useful
for emotional trauma. And since it is also a deep Earth
tone, it would be good for relaxation and grounding
as well. Use as noted above and a few inches from the ears.
C
- 128 Hz - Especially
effective when placed on the rib heads, thorasic vertebrae,
sternum, and illiums (otherise known as the "hip"
bones). Two 128 Ottos tapped gently and held a few inches
from the ears create a beautiful sustained low tone which
is excellent for grounding and relaxation.
