The Earth Star
& Low OM
frequency is
the same 68.05 hz and can be used
as either the
Earth Star or
Low OM.
EARTH STAR
Used as the Earth Star, it is the Earth Chakra within the Chakra
Set developed by Hans Cousto.
The Earth Star chakra is about 6-12" below the feet, so
this fork is typically used by itself off the body or on the
soles of the feet. Use it with any of the other Chakra
forks to create connection, communication and blending of
the respective chakras. For example, using the Earth Star with the 3rd Eye Chakra fork would help
ground one's extra sensory perception (ESP).
LOW OM
Used as the Low OM,
this fork is the denser, more Earthly vibration of the Middle OM 136.1 hz frequency. The
Low
OM is one octave lower
than the Middle OM.
The Low OM, Middle OM and
Soul Star/High OM are all tuned specially to resonate
with the 'Cosmic OM' vibration. They are all wonderful
in mediation, journeying, in an energywork session,
or just when you want to 'tune in' to Universal Energies.
They are all relaxing, soothing, balancing,
grounding and sedative.
The Low OM
is wonderful to use with the Middle OM
or Soul Star/High OM fork to create
a multi dimensional experience.
While the Middle
OM is used at the heart chakra and chest cavity,
which balances the middle body, the Low OM is used
to balance the lower body and the pelvic cavity.
Using the Low
OM with the Middle OM can create connection,
communication and balance between the lower
body and middle body.
Use the Low OM
with the Soul Star/High OM fork,
which resonates with the head and all contained within
the head cavity, to create a connection,
communication and balance between the higher
body and lower body. Also when
the Low
OM fork is used with the
Soul Star/High OM chakra, the entire
chakra system is opened and balanced forming a central
Pillar of Light through the body, sparking the activation
of the Ida/Pingala/Sushumna. This creates infinite possibilities
for healing, ascension and transcendence.
Or use the Low OM
in Unison with a second Low OM
to create overall balance, peace, centeredness and
deep grounding. This is an excellent final treatment after
a massage or energywork session to assist in helping one come
back fully into their body.
