We have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate
our firm commitment to your privacy. We've designed our Web site
with our customers in mind and want to continue to provide the
kind of online experience that is meaningful and interesting
to those that visit us. In order to process your order, we collect
certain information from you. The following discloses the information

Information Sharing

the exception of processing your credit card so that we may fulfill
your order, www.luminanti.com
will never
share or resell your private information to anyone.
Information Collected
In order to process your order and serve you better, we collect
personably identifiable information, such as your name, shipping
and billing addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, credit
card number, and expiration date. This also allows us to notify
you regarding your order.
We must share your name and address
with our distributors so that they can ship your order. If we
are shipping outside the USA, we may be required to provide your
phone number to the mailing service. We are not responsible for
what our distributors or the US Postal Service, UPS, Fed Ex,
foreign postal services, or any other mail services do with your
information.
Information Protection
Your order is placed using a credit card machine in our office.
We key in your credit card number, expiration date, your billing
zip code and the amount of your purchase. This information is
then batched out to our merchant account at the end of the day.
No one has access to the credit card machine except those working
in the office. Paper receipts of your order which contain all
the information collected above, are kept safely in storage.
Any other documents with a cutomer's personal information, such
as incoming mail, are shredded.
At this point in time, we only
keep your email address on our computer system. In the future,
we are hoping to store your name, address and order information
on our computer so that we can more easily process your order.
Security
We have in place firewall hardware equipment, the most current
version of Norton Antivirus protection software, and Ad-aware
spyware protection. We backup our computer files nightly and
keep them safely stored.
Contacting You
When an order is processed,
we email you an RECEIPT/INVOICE detailing your order. Other times
we will email you is if we need to get information we need to
process your order or if you have emailed us requesting information.
Occassionally we will email all of our customers if there is
a change in prices, products, policies, or if we are having a
sale. If you do not wish to be on our customer list, please email us with your name
and the email address you wish us to remove from our list. We
will call your phone number only if there is a problem processing
your credit card, questions we need to ask to fulfill your order,
or if you request us to. We will never contact you to solicit
business.
Links to Third Party Sites
Our Web site may contain links to Web sites operated and maintained
by third parties, over which we have no control. Privacy policies
on such linked sites may be different from our privacy policy.
Your access to such linked sites is at your own risk. You should
always read the privacy policy of a linked site before disclosing
any personal information on such site.
Privacy Policy Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy in whole or in part,
we will inform you by posting a notice on our Web site. Those
changes will go into effect on the date posted in the notice.
The new policy will apply to all current and past users of our
Web site and will replace any prior policies.

Our office is open Monday-Friday
10am-5pm Eastern Time. We are closed for major holidays. We are
sometimes closed when we are receiving training or education.
Occassionally, we will close for vacation. When the office is
closed other than major holidays, we will post this on our website
and leave this information on our voice mail.
Since I also have a private practice
in Vibrational & Energy Medicine, I am not always immediately
available by phone. You can leave your order information
on my secure pasword protected voice mail, or leave your
name & phone number and the best times to call you, and I
