CUSTOM-MADE Tuning Forks,
Velvet Pouches & Wind Chimes 5-2-08
When you order an empty Velvet
Pouch, they are custom-made to accomodate the longest fork that
you will be putting in the pouch. Custom-made Tuning Forks,
Velvet Pouches and Wind Chimes may not be returned for
a refund or replacement unless they are found to be damaged or
defective upon receipt. See "NEW ITEMS that are DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE
upon Receipt" below.
NEW ITEMS that are DAMAGED
or DEFECTIVE upon Receipt
If any item is damaged
or defective upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible
so that we may process the return in a timely manner. Any damaged
or defective item will either be replaced or a refund will be
given to you upon receipt of the item. You must contact us

NEW ITEMS that are NON-DAMAGED
or NON-DEFECTIVE upon Receipt 5-2-08
CUSTOM Tuning Forks, Velvet
Pouches and Wind Chimes
may not be returned for a refund or replacement unless
they are damaged or defective. See "NEW ITEMS that are DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE
upon Receipt" above.
Any item that
has been USED cannot be replaced or refunded. The return of any UNUSED non-damaged
or non-defective item up to 14 days after receipt will not
be subject to a handling charge. The return of any UNUSED
item after 14 days of receipt up to 30 days of receipt that
is not damaged or not defective will result in a 20% handling
charge which will be deducted from your refund or replacement
items. The item must be UNUSED and in excellent condition
and is subject to inspection. Unused items cannot be returned
for replacement or a refund beyond 30 days of receipt.
ITEMS that BREAK or
become DAMAGED after USAGE

Any item that is broken or
damaged after usage may be returned and is subject to inspection
before the decision is made if the item will be replaced or a
refund given. See specific information for each product below.
If Tuning Forks or Wind
Chimes are returned with marks on them such as nicks,
dents, or scratches, or if the metal has cracked
because of striking the Tuning Fork or Wind Chime with something
other than the palm of the hand, our Tuning Fork rubber Activator
or Rubber Mallet, the warranty will be voided. For
the warranty not to be voided, you must use our Tuning Fork Activator
or the palm of your hand to activate our Tuning Forks, and a
Rubber Mallet or the wind to activate our Wind Chimes.
Colourworks Glass Bottles will break if they are exposed to extreme
heat or cold. The temperature where they are stored
should be between 45º - 85º F, ideally at about 70º.
They should not be left exposed to sunlight, or left in a hot
or cold vehicle. Also they sometimes break spontaneously while
they are working with a client. Spontaneous breakage is rare,
but it does happen and is part of the natural process of working
with Colourworks bottles.
