a refund or replacement unless they are damaged or defective.

ITEMS that BREAK or
become DAMAGED after USAGE
Any item that is broken
or damaged after usage may be returned and is subject to inspection
before the decision is made if the item will be replaced or a
refund given. See specific information for each product below.
If Tuning Forks are returned
with marks on them such as nicks, dents,
or scratches, or if the metal has cracked because
the Tuning Fork with something other than our Tuning Fork rubber
Activator, our Rubber Mallet, or the palm of the hand, or because
it was dropped, the warranty will be voided. For the warranty not to be voided, you must use
our Tuning Fork Activator, our Rubber Mallet, or the palm of
your hand to activate our Tuning Forks.

Glass Bottles will break
if they are exposed to extreme heat or cold. www.luminanti.com is
not responsible for broken bottles due to temperature. When not being used, Golden 'C' Water
