CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATED 04-23-12

The cancellation of all or part of an order after it has been processed will be charged a minimum $5.00 service charge. This charge will be the actual cost in credit card merchant fees plus our time. This service charge will be deducted from the credit issued.

Any items being returned must meet the policies listed below. To return an item, please email us to obtain an RMA #. Refunds will NOT be given for Items returned without an RMA #.

CUSTOM-MADE Items
Custom-made items may not be returned for a refund or replacement unless they are found to be damaged or defective upon receipt. See "NEW ITEMS that are DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE upon Receipt" below.

NEW ITEMS that are DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE upon Receipt
If any item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may process the return in a timely manner. Any damaged or defective item will either be replaced or a refund will be given to you upon receipt of the item. You must contact us within 14 days of receipt. NEW ITEMS that are NON-DAMAGED or NON-DEFECTIVE upon Receipt
CUSTOM-MADE items may not be returned for a refund or replacement unless they are damaged or defective. See "NEW ITEMS that are DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE upon Receipt" above. DO NOT strike Tuning Forks against each other as this may cause NICKS. Nicked Tuning Forks are NOT returnable.

Any item that has been USED cannot be replaced or refunded. The return of any UNUSED non-damaged or non-defective item up to 14 days after receipt will not be subject to a handling charge. The return of any UNUSED item after 14 days of receipt up to 30 days of receipt that is not damaged or not defective will result in a 20% handling charge which will be deducted from your refund or replacement items. The item must be UNUSED and in excellent condition and is subject to inspection. Unused items cannot be returned for replacement or a refund beyond 30 days of receipt.

ITEMS that BREAK or become DAMAGED after USAGE
Any item that is broken or damaged after usage may be returned and is subject to inspection before the decision is made if the item will be replaced or a refund given. See specific information for each product below.

If Tuning Forks are returned with marks on them such as nicks, dents, or scratches, or if the metal has cracked because of striking the Tuning Fork with something other than our Tuning Fork rubber Activator, our Rubber Mallet, or the palm of the hand, or because it was dropped, the warranty will be voided. For the warranty not to be voided, you must use our Tuning Fork Activator, our Rubber Mallet, or the palm of your hand to activate our Tuning Forks.

Golden 'C' Structured Water Glass Bottles will break if they are exposed to extreme heat or cold. www.luminanti.com is not responsible for broken bottles due to temperature. When not being used, Golden 'C' Water should be refrigerated because there is no preservative in the water.
